The FAQ is made to direct you to send in a support form if you can not find your answer in the FAQ. Specifically,
this answer tells you exactly how (and where) to request a refund.
I will need you to fill that out so that we will have the refund request with your relevant information for our records. Once I have received that, I will review the request and get back with you via email.
