I have no clue what so ever and I need to get this taken care of within 48 hours the faq is useless and plimus customer support is useless when I don't have a "valid e-mail adress" for LDW.
I bought VV5 yesterday and my computer crashed today (I knew I alredy had a virus) and I purchased it a second time for another computer. I just want a refund of the first one I purchased. At least if I post my complaint here they can't argue that I never requested one. If I do not get a helpful answer where the end result is successfully getting my request through to LDW I will have to ask the credit card company to withhold payment.
