The mod files are either attached to the post in the mod forum (e.g. in a zip file) or they are displayed in the post as images. There are download instructions in the post I linked to earlier:
Download the mod that you want to install and save it to a location of your choosing using one of the following methods:
- If the mod is a zip file, simply click on the attachment link to download the mod, following your browser's instructions.
- If the mod has been posted as image files, you will need to right-click on the image and select the option to save the image to your computer. The exact method depends upon the browser you're using, but a context menu should open giving you an option to save the image (e.g. Save Image As...).
