If you back up your savegame files (using the procedure I linked to in my earlier post in this thread), you can safely try the update to see if it lets you continue. If not, you can contact our customer support for help with a version that will preserve your families.

ok just tried it..now ill try the upload..hope it works!!!

nope..it lost all my families..and now i have to start over..im soo mad..i even did the back up..and moved the folder bk into LDW folder..didnt do anything..ugh..this sucks@!

If you contact our customer support at the link I provided, we will take care of you with a version that will allow you to load your saved families (as long as you still have the backup files).
