I don't think they qualify.

I have everything built in 2 of my games and so thought I would never get the Jenga Trophy. However, I just used an earthquake to see if any rare collectibles or relics would show up (as others have suggested they would), and I got the Jenga Trophy instead! I wonder if it's because of the updated version I installed today.
