Hey everyone. I downloaded the game trial because that's what I was told to do in order to get the new update in it. When I launch it, though, nothing comes up. Just, nothing. Do I need to remove my previous version of the game first?

Have you contacted support? If your game isn't running they are really wonderful about assisting you in getting it running again.

If you are using any mods in your game: BEFORE you install the new update you should back-up your image file. I forgot to and I know better! LOL!
