How do I get a teacher for my school? I have done everything except clear the yellow & red masked heathens, but I can't find anyone to teach.

you need villager who has at least adeptep 3 skills, best teachers are those who has adepted or mastered all skills. if you have that kind of villager just drop him/her to nursery and he/she will teach kids occasionally.

They will teach as soon as they've mastered any three skills. And it will say Elder, or something like that.

They only need to be adept in 3 skills to teach, although Esteemed Elders will be much more effective.
