Villager wants to go bathing but Heathens occupy it (doesn't matter if they or not) and if he/she goes bathing (sneaks to bath) and gets caught he/she is forced to wear mask.

Villager can trade with Heathens (gains techpoints) or steal Heathen's treasure/secrets and gets turned as Heathen.
