I had an event, where a heathen came to my tribe, wanted to see the truth (I forget what exactly the wording was but he wanted to join up and I said "sure why not!" ) chief was a esteemed elder. Since this event I haven't seen the chief. I'm wondering if this is going to be a problem with the necklace or if there is anything that can be done.

So I really think I converted the chief when I accepted that one event. I finished puzzle 15 and he is nowhere to be found. I drop a villager on the finished necklace and it says that "the chief is not home!". I don't know what to do.

I just had a look at the code, and it is possible that the chief could be the subject of that event. If that were to happen, it could result in the situation that you described. We will look into this immediately and see what, if anything, can be done to help you (as well as correcting that event so that it never chooses the chief).

OMG! That's horrible. I'm definitely saying no if I get that event. I'm really sorry. Hopefully they'll solve the problem.

I believe this may be my problem as well. When I drop someone on the center of the circle it says "the Heathen mumbles something about his daughter" but I never see the chief.

i am getting that too i wonder if its just a sort of clue to another puzzle or something that happens after a certain puzzle is unlocked

I do not have any heathens left only the chief but I still cannot find the necklace parts or a way to complete the building competition. What am I doing wrong?

However, you say that you have converted all the heathens bar the chief; does that include the heathen master builder? Do you remember having an event that might have converted him?

No I still have the heathen chief only. I have no other heathens so I cannot do the build off. Is there a way to do this? Or do I have to start it all over?
I only ever saw the heathen master builder when I started the game.just once. so I do not know when he was converted, I only know they are gone but for the chief and I have the large bottom part of the necklace to get.

It looks like you won't be able to finish the game. If your heathen master builder has been converted somehow without the build-off you won't be able to convert the chief either, as that depends on the builder's conversion by the "proper" way.
