I just decided it was about time to have another baby, but I have reached my population limit for the amount of huts currently built. I can solve that problem, but it brought a question to mind.

Does the population limit apply to the ability to convert a heathen? I am at 14 now, and 6 of those are converted heathens. I have completed no population huts, but the love shack is done.

Heathens can be converted even if you are at a population limit. Once they have been 'added' to your tribe, though, they will count towards the limit in determining whether or not your villagers can make more baby villagers.
