I just thought I'd post about a couple of things I have recently noticed about my game. First, my peep finally got married at the age of 51 and her adopted daughter went off to college.

A strange man stopped by and asked to buy the entire collection for about 800 dollars and since my peeps needed money, I accepted. I was able to get a few luxurious items for my retirement couple who are now 56 and 58 years old.

I gave my female peep a baby boost for the fun of it and tried to get them to have a baby. They tried but no go. Do you think it is possible they could be one of the worlds oldest new parents? lol

It's worth a shot, right?

My new goal is to collect each item again and see how far I can get before they pass away.

How long are the children usually at college?

Hi godzgrl4evr,
Children who go to college never come back unless you pick them to continue the next generation. By the way, pretty much the max fertility age is about 50, I don't think many people can get pregnant after that age.

godzgrl, if you want to add something in your last post, just click on: "Edit". You may do that during a few hours, and it's better than write several post! wink

I didn't think about that. Thanks for the advice. I went ahead and brought the new generation in. So now, Brette is in the house.

I don't know if it helps or not but i do know that if a couple isn't having any luck and you give them a dr.'s check quite often one or the other sometimes both need baby boost. which i automatically give in later generations when my peeps marry and once it was funny with 6 children the father fell gravely ill and when i did the dr. exam in addition to needing the medicine to get better it said he may want to use baby boost if he wanted children. he was 59 and had 6 already the youngest of which had just left for college.

Don't forget that your peeps can die at any time, though 60 would be about correct. If I'm correct the oldest peep is VERY old, though that was done by mods or something. The children can come back when one of the parents die. You have to choose one of your peeps to enheiret(sp?) when the last parent dies. And to tell you the truth, the Baby Boost isn't the only thing that increases the chances of having (a) new child/ren. If both are healthy, that increases the chances just as much as the Baby Boost. If you are lucky, you can have (a) peep(s) with (a) parent(s)over 50, but the chances are low.
