Hi Friends !!!

I'm writing to you because i've a question:

I found the NOX Pitcher plant with a tier 3 seed, but how can i obtain a tier 4 pitcher seed ? I'm trying to pollinate and mutate a large number of plants but i can't find a solution.

How can I obtain this type of seed ?

Thanks, bye !!!
