she has 2 younger brothers and we have food + everything else except up-grades! Help i don't want her to stay depressed!!

Have you tried playing with her? Have her play with the toys and then praise her. Then do the same at the desk in her bedroom (praise her) and the sandbox. Then do them all again. How about having a giggle party? Drop her on 1 of her siblings and see what happens. You've given her candy and fruits?
