Hi all, Mary here. I have been addicted...ahem...using this game for awhile but after the upgrade and then the fix, thre is no shed handle in my sandbox. Anyone haVe this problem? I can't put out fires or complete collections because of it. I'm on about my 25th generation since the fix, love this game!!!

I'm having the same prob. after update, the doorknob used to be in sandbox, now it's not there. So how do I open shed? iPod touch. Love this game!!

We really need to know what version you're playing, and which version you updated from.

Also, like McT3 above, I can only collect twigs/leaves, there is no coins on pathways anymore, or puzzle pieces or bugs in yard to collect. Should I restart again after last update about two weeks ago?

Hi Mary, Stacidd here. Did you figure out how to get the shed doorknob? I'm also addicted to this game, and after updating a few weeks ago the doorknob disappeared and also I can only collect twigs and leaves. I play every day and would really like to continue. Did you have to restart all over from beginning or what?

It's really difficult to say why you are having these problems after the latest update, since we fixed the issues related to items in the game (door knob, collectibles, etc.) in the 1.1.0 update that was released in early July (you can see the discussions here and here). We have had no reports of this issue since the 1.1.0 version was released, until now.

If you skipped that update, or if you started your game over (or it reset on an earlier version), it's possible that you're experiencing the corruption that we fixed in June. If that's the case, probably the only way to clear the problem is to start the game over using the Start Over function on the main menu screen. That has been the only way that we have seen to fix a corrupted game.
