Help needed..

am new to VF.. it's really a cute n cool game. nw i have some questions to ask.. why my members health is very low? i made them sleep, eat, shower, eat vitamin, see doctor, etc. they still weak, extremely weak. one of them keep dun wan slp, i switch the day to nite le still cant slp.i dunno wad i could do already. and also, i juz login, one of my member is missing. there's no email to me telling where she go either. any help? thanks.

Hi jajace. Are you making sure that your family is well rested at night? I do this by not checking on my family (at night, for no reversed day/night) for at least 8 consecutive hours.
Happiness is vital! When your villagers are well rested in the morning from a good night's sleep (or evening, depending on whether your time is reversed), get them to work on their careers and praise them for doing it. If they tell you to 'stop nagging' and run away, drag them back and praise them again-they will accept it.
Buy candies and fruit (not salty ones or imported), and reward good behavior. Get them to shower when they're 'not feeling fresh'. Praise that, and they'll do it themselves next time they aren't feeling fresh.
Make sure they're well fed. Just drag a family member over 14 to the kitchen bench and they'll prepare a meal. To check if your peeps are hungry, click on 'detail', and check the 'fed' bar. If they're just a bit hungry, a snack might help.

Often when someone is very weak it means that either the refrigerator had no food in it (or not enough to feed everyone) or that the person was sick for a long time without getting the medicine they needed. The antibacterial hand gel is really good at raising their health status. Otherwise feed them at least 3 times a day, give the weakest ones fruits, vitamins, towelettes, etc and wait. It took one of my families 24 hours to fully recover after they almost starved to death. I thought I had bought more groceries but I had actually forgotten to. Also, if your people's energy level is not low then they won't sleep, even if their status says weak. Maybe the one person is missing because they died. Click the Family button in your game to view the family tree. Notice in my image below how the parents pictures on the left are lighter than the children on the right? That's because the parents both died. If your missing person's image is lighter than the others then they died.  Usually a screen comes up to tell you that they passed on and you would have had to click a button to get rid of the screen. Good luck.

How old was the person who is missing? If it was a teenager, then at the point where they would turn 19, they go off go college and hence disappear from the active family unit, though they still show on the family tree.
