I want to know, what game is it though...
Like, if you set the time to slow, that's common... But in Virtual Villagers 3, you can get your children to a master doctor!
Make a potion with: Rose, Black Orchid, and Lotus... Cook it... If the potion is succesfull, put all your villagers there instead one (like the 2 years old child) then, your people will get ill from the potion... Put your child onto a sick person. It might will take your child for a few times, to make the first steps, but it will be OK! If the sick villagers sneezed, put him/her away, and put your 2 years old child onto another sick person... You do this everytime, until he/she will be a master doctor... (They won't loose any health)
This only works in VV3, because, there are no potions, that make you ill in the other games... (Unless events)
