I'll post a screenshot if I can, but on VF when I go into the store, all of the images (apart from the 'Varied Items') seem blurrier than they should be, and it's been bugging me so I figured I'd ask about it before just restarting my game in the hope it'll fix it.
The images seem to appear like they don't have brilliant graphics for some reason. I can't describe it in much detail unfortunately, but that really is pretty much all the information I can give, sorry.
Any help would be appreciated.

There's nothing wrong with your game. That's how the images appear in the game, due to compression and memory management considerations.
