I hope this is the right section for this question, I apologize if it isn't.
My old computer crashed, and I don't know how to download Virtual Families on my new computer without paying for it again. Anyone know what I should do?

If you bought the game directly from LDW:

If you have a Windows computer, you can re-download the trial version here, and use the activation code from your confirmation email to activate the game.

If you have a Mac computer, you will need to fill out this Support Form.

If you bought it somewhere else:

You will need to go to that website and see what their policy is for re-downloading a purchased game.

However, if you still have a confirmation email from the other website and are having difficulties contacting them about your game, we can assist you with that. You'll need to fill out a Support Form that you can find here.
