Technically it's not a mutation.
It's known as a "rare child" on the forum, mostly. See on the heads chart (And you probably know this) you'll get kids that look like the heads between the parent's heads. A "rare child" is when the child looks like one of the other heads.

Or genetic mutation might refer to a child born that doesn't follow the pattern used in the head chart. For instance, two blondes getting a black headed child, or vice versa.
