Hi SavannahRaine. I like your kitchen mods! Are they hard to do? What program do you use to make them?

I have a favorite door that Lewanda made last year and I always put it on the 2 maps that have the backdoor on it. If a kitchen upgrade has a door on it I always take it off so that my doors will match. Just my personal preference. Sometimes I'll leave a little edge of door from the upgrade because I don't feel like straining my eyes to get a "cleaner" edge. After all, both are brown so it wouldn't "show" in my game.

I remember the issue with the 'left' backdoor being on the wrong side of the wall on the original map. I thought that had been fixed. Check your original MapX2Y0.jpg to make sure the door is where it belongs. If it's not, that would be a good place to put the door so you don't have to keep adding it to each upgrade you do. But it's your choice. smile Keep up your modding! smile

Wow...I never even saw this post until today! Thanks for the kind words. I use Paintshop Pro. I have to say it's kind of addicting now.

So the deal with the door is that it should be removed in case someone has custom doors?

My original has the doors on backwards. I'm still working on getting that kitchen dialed down. Everything is on it's own layer to make it easier, but sometimes, one layer is short of pixels to meet up with the other layer or vice versa.

I also make use of the "Save Selection to Disk" so that I'm not having to make layers on each map. It's kind of helpful. If I find I've made a mistake, I can add or remove pixels and then save the selection again.
