I haven't even started cross pollinating, but some of my plants have changed by themselves. Is that supposed to happen? I thought I may need original plants to make the magic plants.

We have never seen plants change by themselves, without the use of the mutagen. Could you please give some examples of how they are changing, so that we can understand better what you are seeing?
