At first when my vilager was 14, she kept on working and working and working what I ask her what to do. When she turned 16, she never did anything! I dragged her to the Research Table like a Million times, but she never did it...Like she would research ones, then she would just relax or exercize! T_T

What technologies do you have

Almost every single one, but my Building, Farming, and Spirituality are all at Level 2

If you go to the detail screen, is the box next to the research bar checked, if it isn't, this will set researching as the villagers preferabce.

What are her dislikes

She might be tired. If not, you shouldn't worry. First, I'm guessing other villagers work. Second, she should work sometimes; I'm very sure the auto-action has that. And Third, we might not have anything to do, but she might work at a different age. I hope you get her to work!
