I know people have posted about remote losses etc. but I've looked far more than thrice and I still cannot find my remote. I looked inside and outside. I even tried looking near the pool. I simply cannot locate the remote and it's been lost for 3 days. Is there any idea of how I can locate it anyhow or how to retrieve it?

If you have the 1.00.09 update for the (Windows/Mac versions only - Android/iOS versions already updated) game, you can just click on the TV to move it to a new location in the house, where it's more easily found.

I know, I heard about that but I sent in a support form and I still haven't gotten the .09 version I have the .05 version as of now. I haven't gotten the .09 so I have to find it myself but it's so hard, it's never been this hard before.

You can check out some of the suggestions here, but the real fix is contained in the update.

Gah, I just got it right now... well 3 minutes ago ^^. I will try to find the order form I was sent, I can't seem to find it but I'm sure I didn't delete it.
