Freaky neighbor: " This is your neighbor, and I just spotted
ANOTHER collectible in your yard!"
Coco: "Mom! It's the crazy stalker again!"
Pennella: " Again? Just hang up, Dear!"

That's probbably what would happen if the neighbor called them.
