Try checking the file names. Some of us modders had to vary the names a bit to keep track of everything. One should be simply MapX2Y1.jpg and no extra letters or words. If that isn't the problem it could be a few other things, depending on your computers operating system (but I'm not knowledgeable enough to help you with that ).
