There are two fin types you can only get from eggs, unless you have two fish, both with that type of fins. A twin-fin is one of them. You can also get these fins by using the unknown chemical, but that is a crapshoot. So in other words you will need to get two twin-fin fishies that you can breed together to get what you want.
