Is there really {besides baby boost} a way to have twins or tripelts?

Twins and triplets are random and they do happen. Using Baby Boost does not guarantee a baby will be born nor a multiple birth.

I've been experiencing and the more compatible they are then they seem to have multiples on their frist try,but also the more times you try (one kid after another) then they seem to have multiples too.

What do you mean by compatable? My family both says mabye.

I mean if they are both a maybe then the are more likely to have kids but not always multiples, but the more times you try to have a kid and is sucessful then you chance is slighty higher
ex. both parents are definetly and they have two singles, then the next time they try and are sucsseful then you might get mutiples.

Also I've found out that having the tutorial on seems to make it more likely to have them on your first go.
