That can happen if the system clock on your computer has been altered (by a person or by the operating system). The timers in the game rely on an accurate system clock. You can get it working again by pressing the letter 'r' on your keyboard while on the store screen.

i forgot to tell, im using ipod touch only. and some more, the other store products change eventually except the clothes.

In the iPhone version, you need to tap the title on the store screen to force a refresh of the Varied Items in the store.

I should also mention that this feature won't let you change the items in the store whenever you want. It is there to allow a player to get the store back on track when it stops refreshing, which is usually due to changing the clock on the device.
