I just started playing Virtual Villagers 1 and I am starting to get a weird problem that I get when I make my villagers research. At first, when I started a new tribe, everything started to go the way it suppose to go. Three or four hours later, both of my researchers made it to Adept Scientist "Skill is at the middle" An hour later, I just realized that both of my villagers weren't getting their "Skill Points." And also my Tech Points weren't increasing. Right now, I have my game paused so none of my villagers die. Could someone help me?

When you went to the game, what were your researchers doing.

As your researchers go up in skill level, it will take longer and longer for them to go higher in that skill.

As far as the tech points, that also takes a while, but this FAQ answer will also help you.
