I downloaded the new update to VF the day before yesterday. Yes, I had the lag, but I was happy, because my store had stock in it (something it hadn't had for like a week). Then, yesterday when I went to open my game, I had to start all over again!

Four generations of peeps, gone!

I didn't change any settings on my phone or do anything differently than usual, so I can't think of anything on my side that would have caused this.

Anyone else have this problem?

That problem is most often caused by starting to load Virtual Families, then hitting the Home button to leave the app. (It can also be caused by loading the application and being interrupted by a phone call).

We are looking into this situation, however, the best method to avoid this problem at the moment is to let the application load fully before going back to the home screen of the device.

Ah, it is totally possible that I exited out of the app before it had fully loaded.
