I have a new computer that I want to play this game on. The old computer crashed and I don't have the activation code for the game. The game was purchased a couple of years ago... Is there a way to ask for the activation code again or do I have to purchase it again?

If you purchased it at another game site and are having difficulties retrieving your activation code, we can also assist you with that, if you are able to provide proof of purchase. This is usually a confirmation email or a receipt email. (Please mention that when filling out the support form, if that is the case.)
