Now that I have had my VV3 on my laptop for more than five months, and my phone for a couple, I realize these games really do have long lasting interest and enjoyment.

True, I check in only a couple of times a day now, to look for the pesky things I am still missing, to see if they need a new chief, and if so to train everyone while having them try on the robe one by one and to make sure nothing major has occurred that needs fixing.

What I see is that I enjoy even those little visits! For example, I noticed a little blond girl had been born who just captivated me- hadn't seen a blond in a while as I was obsessed with redheads for a time. I decided once she was old enough to be a mother I would try for blonds and with her as mother and a light brown/blond streak papa I created a few blonds and soon had lots of them. That enede once I was unable to control all the procreation ;-) .

Another day, to my consternation, I had only 40 villagersm and had to get them busy having babies- soon was back up to 105 and thriving.

Then (not one I want to repeat) I found that they had gone from over a million food to ZERO. I got everyone fishing, spent a lot more time there that day, and along with my chief's help we are at 3,830,907 today.

Anyway=- I do like gaming of all kinds on my Mac but I can't say I have found games that keep you engaged and having fun like these do.

If you read my thread about looking for feathers you will see that the only reason I am not raving about VV4 is that I am not allowed to play it until I find all my silly feathers!
