I have to males left heathy as can be in their 20s. Should I start a new genertion?is their any chance I will get a female?

There are a couple of island events that can bring one or more new villagers so you needn't give up hope. There's no way to control the events, though, so the odds are not great. Really, it depends on how attached you are to your existing villagers.
