Hi, my family "cant agree its time for a baby" even though their last (and 1st) child is 10!! Under their "wants children" bit they both say definately. So why wont they try? I guess my question is, is there any way that can speed them up or that will force them. Iv tried the baby boom injection and it did nothing. Also Im worried they wont have any more babies. He is 41 now and she is 40. What is the latest they can have babies?

50 years old, and twins, sadly, are random. There's nothing you can do to 'force' twins, or even triplets. Good luck!

im into my 6th generation now and none so far.

I wonder how someone's game can have more multiple than single births? Weird, if it is just random, they must have the golden ticket game of VF.

And once that baby is 2 years old, try right away for another. They will say "It's too soon...". Then I close the game for about 20 minutes (I play mine on fast-mode), reopen it, put the parents together again and they will usually try. I will keep closing the game and try every 20 minutes until they make another baby.

It also helps if they're fed, showered, not exhausted and not ill before trying for the baby.

I think using Baby Boost without a recommendation from the doctor might actually have a reverse negative effect. Any thoughts on this? I have one "Organic Family." Never use Baby Boost in that family and always have lots of children.

Actually, you don't need to close the game for 20 mins for you to try again, just wait the 20 mins.

To be clear, there aren't any speed modes in VF (and time-traveling, which is highly frowned upon, is not supported by LDW, for those who think of trying it). Just be patient and keep putting your couple together.


The Baby Boost works best when the doctor recommends it, but isn't a guarantee. According to the advice in the Store Ad: repeated use has a "diminished" effect. This doesn't negate the effect of the baby boost, but rather it means that it won't work as well as the first dose did. The next dose works slightly less, and the next less, and so on.

One of the things I just happen to try is when they're in the bedroom trying to make a baby and once they start kissing, I would click over and over on the mom, and at least four times the baby appeared and they did have the baby (this doesn't happen all the time. You might want to try this. Just thought I'd share this tip that has worked for me. Hope this may help if anyone has this same problem.

In one of my games I was on my 22 generation and they wouldn't have any children, even though it said they wanted children. My game started over all over again as a new game. Lost all the upgrades, improvements and collections. I did write into the forum and got a answer on maybe how to get the game back.

Actually closing the game seems to work better for my couples.

Sorry, I play all my VV games in Fast Mode. Forgot that VF doesn't have one. But if it did...

Have never time traveled and don't care to start. The game is no fun if I take a bunch of shortcuts. That's why I still have 2 puzzles to solve in VV4, but that's another topic.
