In one game I have a single person who has been waiting forever for a marriage propasal, but has not had any yet. She is in her 30's already. Could this be caused by resetting my clock for daylight savings? Does anyone know how I can fix this?

This person should be generation 31, but I just noticed she doesn't show up as a new generation on the family screen. Also, the details say that she has three children, although she actually doesn't have any.
