how do i unblock the water i keep telling them to clear the debris and it keeps building up, also the rocks near the fruit tree? how do i get the villager to move them

Clearing the river debris is an ongoing thing, which is good, as it gives your villagers a means of improving their building skills even after all the other building projects (huts, etc.) are completed. For more info about the river debris, see thread entitled, Questions about Puzzle 2.
