Telling exactly where it is is technically a spoiler, since most people like to find it themselves. The first post in THIS topic has a clue. All it does is provide entertainment for us while we play. lol

The red ball is just so that you are not bored. All you do is bounce it. Other than that... It doesn't really do anything.
