Is this normal? When ever I put villagers near the bath just enough to jump to the bath it says "Enjoying the bath" but the bath is not completed it does not even have plans for it yet!

Is this normal or what. Anyway its not bothering me so far.

thats not normal but it might give you troble when you repair the bath
