In the beginning to get money, you should breed lots of Fruitfish and sell the oldest ones you have, then breed the babies, then sell the oldest ones, etc. etc. Then once you have enough money, buy Enviroment Research. Just remember at the beginning, don't mix breeds. Keep one fish type, and just swap the fin types.
