Help! I don't know what happened

I have 5 games running, 3 of them on stop time. Last night before I went to bed, I bred all the fish in 2 of the games. Got on this morning and did what I wanted with one game, then switched to the second game. This is the game where I've gotten all 441 fish and am trying to earn lots of money. I have all one type of fish, the one that sells for lots of money, in all 3 tanks.
I had just sold all the fish in the sale tank. Clicked on Done. Then there was a very bried power "blip" or outage and my computer went out. A few minutes later I turned it on again and opened FT. It opened into the first game, which is fine. Then I went to menu and switch player and there is a blank where my other game was.
I can click on it and it opens the game. I can see my fish but the fins are separate from the bodies. I get the message "You are in the sale tank, all al adult fish in this tank are for sale." When I click on sell fish, it says there are no fish and then I get a message that FT has an error and nedds to close.
What has happened? Can I save my game?

It sounds like something similar happened to you that happened in this thread. Really bad things can happen to open files when computers lose power, and (usually) the only way to recover them is to restore backups. I've learned the hard way that backups are your friend.

<sigh> yep, that sounds almost exactly what happened. I guess I'm deleting that game.
If all the other games seem to be playing well, do I need to uninstall and reinstall Fish Tycoon? Since I downloaded it from the web, how do I do that?

I wouldn't bother deleting and reinstalling Fish Tycoon, unless you continue to have problems. If you do decide to delete and reinstall Fish Tycoon, you can simply download the demo of the game again and enter your registration code. Since each site uses different registration codes, make sure you download only from the site where you originally purchased the game.

The other games seem to be fine, just that one game.
Is it possible to save all of Fish Tycoon to a CD? So that if this happens, I'll have a copy?
Actually can I have Fish Tycoon on 2 computers? Mine and the one we have for the children?

Yes, you could save the downloaded installation file (and even savegames, if you like, with time stopped, of course) on a CD. You could even store your registration code in a text file, and put it on the CD, too, so you would have it if you ever reinstalled the game! For the answer to your question about installing Fish Tycoon on 2 computers, see Carla's post on that subject.
