OK, I have done the following:
3 herbs,
food from food bin,
fresh water
And it STILL says unfinished stew.

OK, I have done the following:
3 herbs,
food from food bin,
fresh water
And it STILL says unfinished stew. If you pick 1 yellow, 1 white, 1 red herb, you will trigger feast stew for puzzle #11. So try different combination of herbs if you want to finish it.

I tried all of that fresh water, hot rock, 1 yellow, 1 white, 1 red, 1 food bin item, 1 cooked fruit, 1 berry, 1 mushroom, and 1 fish. It still says unfinished stew!! Edit: Now I'm not sure if the mushroom was added or not because the water got cold in the pot... This is frustrating, I just picked 3 mushrooms in a row and now there are none  I don't want to have to start this stew all over for a third time, my villagers walk too slow! lol

You cannot let the stew get cold. Make sure that it stays hot.
