Does anyone know if you can make twins. I have one older female ans she has had 3 male sons. I need to start making twins in the hope of having a girl :-)
I have what Laurence reveals in her spoiler. But still only 1 set of twins, no triplets. I only have room for a few more people in my tribe, then I'll have to wait until a few of the older ones pass on before I can have more babies.

There is no way to force the birth of twins/triplets. These are random.
