does the seahorse affect all tanks or just the one its in? if it's just the one it's in, where is it best to place it, in a breeding tank or a tank with saved fish?

I LOVE this game, have tried lots of strategies and realised that over the last few months have been playing the doofus version, i.e. didnt realise there were fin and body types (smacks forehead in amazement at one's own stupidity )

P.S. please can we have some more music on it and be able to switch the music on and off at will?
