My people just had their 6th kid.The parents and the rest of the kids have black hair.Then when they had their last kid she was a bright blond!

Is she rare?

I'm not so sure there's such a thing as a 'rare' character, what she is is similar to 'rare', though. Your blonde is a 'mutation', [I'm pretty sure] this is pretty 'rare' to see, and if she mates with the right person, her children might have strange hair colors such as black and blue, purple, or even rainbow. I believe this piece of news is alot more fascinating than just being 'rare'. 8D
