No kidding. I look up and I have a Master Scientist the second the kid turned 14, and I didn't even have his preference checked. Unbelievable. Is this more common than I realize? I usually find it takes quite a while to get a master even starting them at 14.

Was the child earning skill as a scientist when he was younger? If so that's probaly the reason that he's a master.

Unless you get the event to let the kid train as a scientist, I've never seen a master that young in that field. I know it's possible to get master doctor at fourteen. I always use the kids to heal so they have a job when they turn fourteen.

Mind you, my experience comes from VV2.

No I didn't get any unusual events or anything. I didn't have any preference selected for him until he turned 14 and when I went to give him a preference he was already at master level in science.

On another odd note, my hospital got revamped and I have no idea how. LOL!

Nice! Thats werid If he was an appretice at it and his parnets fully masterd it this could be how it happend...

Maybe he was turning 15 right after?

wow... the best I got was adept, and that kid saw shooting stars and got really interested in science and turned into an 'apprentice scientist'. I recently had a 'science day' in my village and all my kids turned into apprentice scientists. i suppose i lucked out on that, less training when the turn 14!
