Well, I'm not Carla, but I think I can answer your question.
I was just reading Gamezebo's preview of the game, and here's what it says:
New features include an updated user interface, dozens of achievements to earn, and what LDW promises is their most detailed and vivid map yet. There will also be a new select screen that lets players start with a custom tribe - for example, you could try starting the game with only children, or with a tribe full of nursing mothers!
