I decided to purchase Virtual Families for my iPhone yesterday and already need help with the game. I have an oven fire and my family won't do anything to stop it. They just keep running to the kitchen. There doesn't appear to be anything in the store to help and I can't afford the toolkit in case this is what's needed. Can someone please tell me what I need to do?

You need to solve a bit of a puzzle before you can deal with the oven fire. There are two ways to handle it. The first is to solve the puzzle (or look at the solution to the puzzle ). The second is to quit the game and launch it again, which will reset the fire (until the next time you have one).
