Actually, some of those are used.

The puddles appear when you have a leak in the kitchen or bathroom, the birdhstrip is the bird in the birdhouse when you drop someone on it, and the foam is actually what appears when you click the scolding glove somewhere other than a person.
The rest, well... I don't know either! lol (another is "outsideChair" which is most likely from a puzzle/trophy that got removed.)
