Those of you who have started 2nd generation families, How did you choose between the children? It is going to be hard for me to choose only one to get the house because all of my families (i have 5) have 5 or 6 children.

I choose whoever is the least ugliest in my ugly families (lol)

Oh dear, that is a tough one! Sometimes I let their appearance beguile me. Sometimes their age or their choice in careers. I do admit I find it hard to choose, but I let myself believe the others are globetrotting now, having all the fun, while the "chosen" one gets to work hard (yeah, by me ) and has all the responsiblities.

I have one second gen family, and I chose the child who was still at home when her parents died. I figured that the others had gone off and made their own lives, and she needed the house the most.

I usually use salary and want of kids persuade me.

I just choose the one who makes the most money because it takes so long to save up for upgrades.

I have two families that are on their second generation. I chose one child for good income/career, and the other one because she was a runner (like her mom, though she was adopted).
