I really think that everyone who is rushing LDW has every right to do so. They gave us a date, and that was Q4 of 2009, 4 months. 4 months is a lot of time. And who do you think buys there games and gives them the money they live off of, we do! So as long as we are buying these games we have every right to say what we want.

Finally, someone who understands what I really feel about VV4.

Lukerie, you're not alone. I was crazy along those last 3 months of 2009, waiting for it's release. After this post, I'll have MANY instant enemies, again.

I really think everyone needs to step back and take a deep breath.

There is no need for people to take personal offense to what is being written. Some people have more patience than others. Some of us are older and refined our virtue of patience. The younger folk here wanted to get the game while they were on Christmas vacation. Unfortunately, that didn't happen.

The game will be out before you know it. In the meantime, we can read a book, study to get better grades, play one of LDW's older games that we haven't visited in awhile.

Stepping back and taking a deep breath isn't the solution since people like me are never really calm.

Everyone needs to think that VV4 will be released tomorrow. Tomorrow, think that again. And again.

Perhaps that's gonna help. I will be in school and will be away from Internet for 8 days, till the weekends. frown

I have all the patience in the world, I'm in school right now and I don't need a new distraction. I'm perfectly fine waiting. I just felt I needed to state my opinion after reading all these posts.

I have your backs, you impatient people, lol. wink

You're in SCHOOL? I thought I was the only one in school. But in my situation I will be forced to wait (even if I don't like) since surfing the net without any permit is banned in our school. frown You never know, after 8 days VV4 will be released. I'll think of the same thought: VV4 will be released tomorrow. And tomorrow again.

Yes I am in school right now, so I'm patient. Same situation at our school, but I don't find any need of going on the internet while in school wink .

We do encourage freedom of speech here, but there is a limit to what can be said on our forums. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions, but when it starts causing problems, that's where it needs to end. These forums are a place for everyone to enjoy, not fight. Please remember that everyone here has a responsibility to uphold our Forum Rules, and while we dislike suspending forum privileges, it can be done to prevent further strife about this issue. Further inflammatory comments will cause this thread to be locked.

Those of you who have been with us through several games know that while we strive to meet our deadlines, also know that LDW is made up of a small group of people, and anything unanticipated can cause a schedule to slip. I'm sure none of you would appreciate it if someone beat you up if you missed an appointment or a deadline. It would be very kind to extend that courtesy to others. smile

Yup, I told myself so. My fault.

I'm the only one in school who is addicted to these games. At least it's somehow educational -- I don't know why. Everyone else is addicted to Warcraft.

for(i=0; i<=500; i++){
System.out.println("I'm sorry for telling that VV4 will be released tomorrow.");
}

P.S. But I'm never patient until Unagi and Chirita finally learns how to build a small hut! They keep worrying about food.

No one said it was your fault! You're jumping to that conclusion even though your name was never mentioned by Xay.

Okay, deep breath. (By this I am referring to myself.)
My annoyance aside, I am very much looking forward to the release of the game, and I am willing to wait for the game to get to be as good as it can be. I am not saying that everyone has an ocean of patience for the game.
I'm not even saying that I have that much. I simply understand that it takes time and a lot of effort to bring out a game of the caliber of LDW. That's all I have to say on the matter.

While I have been trying to patiently wait for VV4s release as we all have been. I have eagerly checked these pages 2 or 3 times a day sometimes more looking for more screen shots. I have read the comments about a beach and such. However after looking at the island map in PT, and reading about the hidden lagoon in FT, and rereading the stories in VV1, VV2 and VV3 has anyone considered that this time it may be set at that hidden lagoon which i think may be near the center of the island??? Just wondering is all i see many hours of puzzle solving fun although like the other three i will probably have to search the forum on the game to solve some of the puzzles lol. ldw keep up the good work.....hoping to see and hear more about the pending release soon.....
